Frequently Asked Questions
What does my product warranty cover?
Your product purchase is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for a limited time (depending upon the retailer purchased from) against defects in materials and workmanship only. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper assembly, alterations, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire or freezing), or other weather related damage including but not limited to discoloration, rusting or fading of the finish as a result of exposure to the elements. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial use or third party sales and is non-transferable.
What is not covered by my product warranty
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper assembly, alterations, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature (i.e. wind, fire or freezing), or other weather related damage including but not limited to discoloration, rusting or fading of the finish as a result of exposure to the elements. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial use or third party sales and is non-transferable.
Is rust covered under the warranty?
We treat the frames of our furniture to prevent rusting, however if a painted surface of a steel
frame is scratched and exposing bare metal, rust will occur if water gets on those areas. Rust can also occur on any metal surface where water is left for an amount of time. Because we cannot control naturally occurring processes, we do not cover rust under our warranty.

How do I protect my outdoor furniture?
Clean the cover of your product with warm water and let air dry, no detergent needed. Using
detergent can alter color or leave unwanted spots. Gently scrub areas as needed to remove spots and debris. Should you experience a chalky residue due to extended periods of high temperatures without moisture, simply spray the exterior lightly with water without soaking the cover. Your outdoor patio furniture set cover should last many seasons with minimal maintenance. We recommend that a patio cover be used properly at all times when the furniture is not being used to protect the item from the elements and other outside debris.
Can I wash my cushions or cover in the washing machine?
We do not recommend washing your cushions or covers in a washing machine as it can
damage your item or alter the color of the fabric. Doing this will also void your warranty. We
recommend using a wash cloth with warm water and letting the cushions or cover air dry.
Is touch-up paint available?
Our products do not have touch-up paint available. We also do not know the specific number/code of the paint color used by paint store retail locations.
How should I store my umbrella when not in use or during winter months?
Remove and cover the top portion of your umbrella with a storage cover. (Not included) Store your umbrella indoors. (i.e. basement, garage, or storage building) The base can be covered with a tarp or heavy plastic bag or stored indoors. Do not store wet and do not machine wash.
How much wind can my umbrella withstand?
It is strongly recommended you close your umbrella during extreme wind or storms, as well as when the umbrella is not in use.
Can I use anti-freeze in my umbrella base?
We do not recommend using any additives or anti-freeze within your base pieces as it will
erode the plastic from within and damage your base pieces. We recommend taking the base
pieces indoors during winter months to prevent the water inside of your base pieces from freezing and breaking the plastic base piece. Another option to prevent damage is to just use sand to weigh down the base pieces without adding any water.
Why am I being asked to pay for shipping when I am within the second half of my warranty period?
When in the second half of the warranty period, customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs for the part replacement. We will still provide the part for free as long as it is available.
