Q: Where can I purchase your products?
A: Major retailers will have ATLeisure items. For a complete list please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-855-880-7205.

Q: Where can I register?
A: We do not register our product. Please keep all documents and receipt. These will be needed if there is a warranty concern later on.

Q: How do I file a warranty claim?
A: Please email or mail in pictures of the damages and the original receipt. You can email it to:
customerservice@atleisure.com or mail it to: ATLeisure, ATTN: Customer Service, 1040 Boulevard SE, STE B, Atlanta, GA 30312. Please enclose a phone number so that we can contact you. We only have replacement parts. If you want to replace your item, you will need to take it back to the retailer where you bought the item.

Q: What is the warranty?
A: Our umbrellas are covered under a manufacturer’s 90-day warranty from date of purchases against defects in materials and workmanship. Our furniture is covered under a 1 year limited frame warranty and a 90 day limited warranty on weave and cushions. This warranty does not cover damaged due to neglect, abuse or weather related damaged.

Q: How do I find my item number?
A: Item numbers can be found on the instructions included with the packaging of the item, a UPC code on the carton or a retailer SKU number. Most all offset umbrellas after 2001 have a brass plate just below the crank on the main pole with the item number. If you do not have this number please provide the circumference of the main pole. You will need to measure just above the crank. If you do not have this information please provide us with a picture by email or mail. Please enclose a phone number so that we can contact you.

Q: Can I order replacement parts?
A: Yes, you can order replacement parts for most of our umbrellas. Please have item number available when contacting our Customer Service Department for further information. Instructions are also included in the carton with your product with replacement part numbers.

Q: Are replacement parts available for my products?
A: Not all parts are replaceable for all items. Please contact Customer Service for more information on your specific product at 1-855-880-7205.

Q: Where can I find instructions for my product?
A: Go to the main page of the website, click ‘Customer Care’ and under the drop down menu you will find your instructions. If your instructions are not listed please call our Customer Service Department for further information. Instructions are also included in the carton with your product.

Q: Can I order online?
A: Online ordering is available on a few of our items. If you do not see the item you need or have any questions please send an email to our Customer Service Department at customerservice@atleisure.com or call us at 1-855-880-7205.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Online tracking is not available at this time. While we appreciate this request and are working towards that goal, we do not currently have this capability. UMBRELLAS

Q: How do I wash my canopy?
A: Simply clean the umbrella with a soft brush and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not iron. Canopy must be fully dry before storing for extended periods of time.

Q: How do I tilt my umbrella?
A: At different times of the day you may need to adjust the canopy’s angle to shade you from the different directions of the sunlight. Crank umbrella to just below the first hole in the main pole, place the stop pin with the chain just above the slide collar, turn the crank handle to get the desired angle of the canopy. Repeat the same process with the upper two holes on the main pole.

Q: How do I rotate my umbrella?
A: When you place your umbrella into the holder pole, tighten the two screws (control knobs) to stabilize the umbrella. To rotate the umbrella loosen the two screws (control knobs), turn the umbrella to the desire position and re-tighten the screw (control knobs) to stabilize. Also watch the umbrella demonstration video under the Customer Care drop down menu.

Q: Can I buy a storage cover for my umbrella?
A: We do have a cover that will protect your umbrella from the elements for some of our umbrellas. Please send an email to our Customer Service department at customerservice@atleisure.com or call us at 1-855-880-7205.

Q: Do you offer replacement canopies in different colors?
A: Yes, our canopies come in several different colors? Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-855-880-7205, as colors will vary depending on the style of your umbrella. Please have your umbrella number (UMB-XXXXXX) ready when you call.

Q: How do I restring my offset umbrella?
A: Go to the main page of the website, click ‘Customer Care’ under the Instruction Manuals drop down to find your instructions. On the bottom of page 1, “How to change a broken rope.”

Q: How do I change a rib holder?

Q: How do I replace a crank?

Q: How do I winterize my umbrella?
A: Remove and cover the top portion of you umbrella. Store indoors, i.e. a basement, garage or storage building. If you have a water ballast base, either drain completely, remove and store indoors, or partially drain and add 1-2 capfuls of environmentally friendly antifreeze. Then cover with tarp or heavy plastic bag. If you have a market umbrella, remove from the stand, cover and store indoors like the offset listed above.

FURNITURE

Q: How do I keep my furniture and cushions clean?
A: Simply clean your furniture and/or cushions with a soft brush and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals. Outdoor cushions will fade over time. For longer color retention, store your cushions out of direct sunlight when not in use. Assure that cushions are thoroughly dry before storing for extended periods of time.

Q: Can I buy a storage cover for my furniture?
A: We do not have a cover for our furniture at this time. While we appreciate this request and are working towards that goal, we do not currently have this capability. FIRE PIT

Q: Can I use my fire pit indoors?
A: The fire pit is for outdoor use only.

Q: Can I use charcoal in my fire pit?
A: Charcoal or untreated wood is recommended. Do not burn over 1.6 lbs of charcoal or 3 lbs of untreated wood at a time.

Q: Can I use gasoline or kerosene to start the fire?
A: No, do not use gasoline or kerosene. Keep all flammable liquids away from the fire pit.

Q: Can I place the fire pit under a gazebo or covered patio?
A: Do not use under or on combustible structures or surfaces including wooden decks.

Q: Can I place the fire pit directly on the ground?
A: Clear away grass and flammable material and place it on level ground. Do not place directly over wood or composite decking. If so, place over cement pads to protect deck.

Q: Can the fire pit be moved once it is lit?
A: The fire pit becomes very hot once it is lit. Do not move it. We recommend you only move the fire pit after use when it is cool to
the touch.

Q: Can I cook on the fire pit?
A: The fire pit comes with a grate that can be used for cooking. Remove the grate when using for warmth only.

Q: What are the dimensions of the fire pit?
A: The fire pit is 29” in length, 29” in width and 22.8” in height.

Q: How much does the fire pit weigh?
A: The fire pit weighs 26.40 lbs

Q: How do I clean my fire pit?
A: Once the fire is completely out and cools to the touch, properly dispose of the ashes with a small shovel or dust pan, wipe the exterior surfaces with a mild dish detergent or baking soda. For more stubborn stains use a citrus-based degreaser and a nylon brush. Rinse clean with water. Never use oven cleaner or abrasive cleaners as they will damage this product.

Q: Does the fit pit have a cover?
A: A separate protective cover is provided. Make sure the protective cover is not placed too close to the fire pit when in use. Only place the protective cover on the fire pit when it has completely cooled for storage.
